Sam Sheridan – Area Operations Manager

  • 12 years’ experience working within professional office environments

  • Strong experience with employment law, HR issues and staff management & monitoring.

Karen Hunt – Deputy Mnager

  • Karen has 8 years Care experience
  • QCF Level Level 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Karen has strong experience as a Care Supervisor and is the key contact for all of our Care Workers, and conducts staff appraisals & performance reviews.
  • Karen also has strong experience in the rostering of staff, coordinating calls for the whole business.

Sam Bower – Training officer/Care Coordinator

  • Sam has over 8 years’ experience in the care sector
  • Sam has been care co-ordinating for Brinnington for over a year
  • Sam has strong experience in taking on new care packages and under taking risk assessments

OUR CARE WORKERS

We have a pool of Care Workers, all of whom have been vetted and selected to the high standards of the business. All our Carers go through extensive training, including Moving & Handling, Induction Standards and all undergo training in their first year up to QCF Level 2.


I would like to thank each and every one of you for the care and respect you have shown and given to my Mum. Your shared chats, fun & giggles kept Mum going.
