Michelle Sheridan
Responsible Person/Care Manager
Michelle is hands-on in her approach within our company. She prides herself on the fact that she is hands on, visiting you regularly to conduct reviews as well as carrying out spot audits on her staff members, she understands the details of your care and support. With this approach and detailed understanding of your support package she can ensure that the quality is of the highest standard and strong relationships are built with all of her clients.
Michelle has a Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care as well as Train the Trainer qualifications in Moving and Handling, Medication, Safeguarding, Infection Control and End of Life Care. Michelle is also a qualified Risk Assessor & First Aider.
Katie Sheridan
Office Manager
Katie ensures that the office is running to the best of its ability, offers support to staff as well as maintaining strong relationships with clients. Katie assists clients with any changes they may need with their care packages and is the main point of contact with social workers to put these changes in place. Katie also is heavily involved in the HR process with staff offering HR support and advice, conducting payroll and induction training. Katie is methodical and has a strong eye for detail which helps maintain our quality approach as well as sharing the Abacus vision of empowering and enabling clients.
Katie has a Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care, Level 3 in Management, Level 2 QCF in Dementia, Level 3 Business Administration as well as currently studying her CIPD Level 3 for HR.
